We paid way too much for what we ended up getting. The pizza was just "okay," and the portions felt small. I expected a lot better for the money, so I probably won’t order from here again

I’m sure the food is probably decent, but getting there was frustrating enough that it kind of ruined the mood. I drove around for a while trying to find a spot and never found anything easy. It felt like parking was an afterthought, which is not great if you’re bringing people in. By the time I got inside, I was already irritated. Not really worth the hassle for me...

They did end up fixing the issue, so I’ll give them that... but it took way longer than it should have!! By the time it was sorted out, I was already frustrated!!!

As someone who really looks forward to an easy pizza night after a long day, this was disappointing. I ended up waiting almost two hours for the delivery, and by the time it got here, the pizza was cold.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about ordering from Cicontes, the pizza tasted fine, but the portion size was seriously disappointing for what they charge. I finished it and was still hungry, which really shouldn’t happen when ordering pizza. Felt like a rip-off, honestly. I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

The staff wasn’t friendly at all. Every time I asked something, it felt like I was bothering them, and I just ended up feeling kind of trapped and awkward the whole time I was there...

The food was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but the wait was way longer than I expected. What bothered me more was that no one really said what was going on or gave any kind of update. To me, it felt like they just forgot about the order for a while

The catering was disappointing. The food showed up late, and a few of the trays were already cold by the time we got them. It’s frustrating because this feels like the same issue happening again, and I’m kind of tired of dealing with it.

We ordered from Ciconte’s it seemed like the food had been sitting for a while before it got to us. The pizza was only barely warm, and the fries were basically cold once we opened everything up... not great. Maybe they were slammed that night? I don’t know, but it definitely took the excitement out of the meal. I might give them another shot someday, but this order was disappointing.

I kind of already expected the online ordering to be annoying, and this just confirmed it for me. The site kept freezing right when I was trying to check out, which was super frustrating, and then after I paid, the pickup/delivery time changed. I ordered ahead for pickup thinking it would be quick, but when I got there I still ended up standing around for about 25 minutes, and the weird part was the place wasn’t even super busy, so I was just kind of stuck there watching people shuffle around and trying to figure out if my order was ready or lost or what.
The pizza was fine once I finally got it, nothing amazing but not bad either, it’s just that the whole pickup situation felt disorganized and no one seemed totally sure whose food was actually ready.

I had a really unpleasant experience with the customer service here. The attitude felt rude from the start, i should’ve trusted my instinct and left sooner. I won’t be going back.

I was kind of hoping for more specialty pizzas, but the choices felt limited to me. A lot of them seemed like the same toppings just moved around, if that makes sense. It was fine, but I wanted some more interesting ones to pick from.

That said, the staff kept things moving and we didn’t have any major issues. Not super cozy, not terrible either, just kind of average if you’re planning to sit and eat.

I’ve ordered from Ciconte’s a handful of times now, it’s just not consistent. One time the pizza is actually good, and then the next time it’s soggy, light on sauce, or just kind of disappointing. It’s hit or miss, hit or miss.

The delivery is the same way. Sometimes it gets here fast, but other times I’m waiting way past the estimate, and by the time the food shows up, it’s cold. Cold pizza is fine when it’s leftovers, not when I just paid for delivery.

I really don’t mind paying for good pizza, I really don’t. I just want to know what I’m getting when I order. After being let down too many times, I think I’m probably done ordering from here.
